Cook/Asia Cuisine

 Be able to prepare and cook authentic Asian food with accuracy and skill, and able to follow the right
 Have awareness and familiarity on the foods listed on the menu and is able to cook each to a high
 Assist in developing a fresher menu with other authentic meals from different cultures.
 Ensure cooking meets all hygienic standards within the kitchen.
 Be able to create and maintain a clean and organized environment for all cooks
 Schedule activities and equipment use with managers, using information about daily menus to help
coordinate cooking times.
 Prepare specialty foods, following specific methods that usually require short preparation time.
 Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared.
 Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, WORKs or griddles.
 Faster delivery required dishes.
 3-5 years work experience in Asian cuisine, such as sushi, Asian style soup, stir-fry, and Asian BBQ.
 Available to work weekends and evenings
 Language requirement: English
 Knowledgeable in Asian food culture.
 Have the capability to control rush hour pressure, work independently, and co-operate with other cooks
 Bonus: knowledge about the food nutrition.
